Admin Backup

Use this after important updates or before wider testing. Save the downloaded file somewhere safe, such as the network drive or OneDrive.

The backup is a JSON file because it preserves the full fields and audit records. It can later be used to build a controlled restore process if needed.

Important This page does not replace Azure SQL backups. It gives you a readable operational copy of the core management data.
